Welcome to the Imperial Gardens Hythe project website
We would like to introduce you to our vision for the future of the land at Hythe golf course as a catalyst for delivering exciting new community leisure opportunities, new homes and enhancing the Hythe Imperial Hotel.

Introduction
By way of context, the golf course currently serves the private Hythe Golf Club which operates with a limited offering and a small membership base that struggles to compete with other local 18-hole courses, such as Sene Valley and Etchinghill.
Our ambition is to transform the use of the site to provide a greatly enhanced range of benefits to the community, including: a 9-hole par-3 academy golf course, a themed adventure golf course, a new pool and gym facilities, and new public open space, alongside much needed new housing including around 73 affordable homes. In addition to the benefits to the local community, significant environmental improvements are proposed, and the development has been designed to be sensitive to its setting alongside the Royal Military Canal.
We are also looking to invest in the Hythe Imperial Hotel, increasing the amount of accommodation available and improving its spa and leisure facilities.
